Apprentice Trainer

<ul><li>To support the team in achieving all Product, Process and System Quality targets.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring all electrical and mechanical equipment in his supervision are maintained and in good working condition.</li><li>Support the production team in achieving the Production volume, by quick response to breakdowns.</li></ul>

Project planning and realization of measures to maintain or improve equipment or system performance (repairs, continuous improvements/ optimizations, &amp; new installations, etc.). Includes multiple conveyor technologies, monitoring/information systems, and all process equipment in the technology. Design and development of maintenance process, equipment, and systems. Manages maintenance key performance indicators for the department. Generates proposals for technical specifications, request for quotations, and SLA (Service level agreements). Determines root cause for equipment/system performance gaps and the optimum solutions regarding costs, quality, ergonomics, technical innovation, and environment. Planning of maintenance measures (repairs, maintenance, fault recertification, alterations, optimizations, component detachments, etc.) from identification through realization to improve equipment reliability and performance. Delivery and/or updates of Preventative Maintenance plans, documentation (electronic and hard copy), and spare parts including min/max levels. Development measures and concepts for the further development and stabilization of existing maintenance processes. Ensures all assigned projects are on schedule and at or under approved budget (Assembly variance to budget). Collaborates with internal and external process partners and suppliers. Performs other duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;

MAINTENANCE PLANNER

<ul><li>You will be responsible to lead, manage and guide the production teams to efficiently achieve business unit targets and continuously improve production processes to be conducted in line with the business strategy.</li><li>To achieve volume targets through mean time to repair and mean time between failures monitoring and organisational tact time adherence to ensure on time delivery to internal and external customers.</li><li>To provide quality through robust process stability and reliability to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>To recruit, develop, coach, manage and lead direct reports to enable them to achieve set targets.</li><li>To provide or initiate, optimise and monitor business processes to ensure stability and continuous improvement.</li><li>To monitor and achieve allocated departmental budget as cost per unit target in order for the organisation to remain profitable and cost effective.</li><li>To create and maintain a healthy and safe environment through ensuring all standard work conforms to JMS requirements.</li><li>To ensure work organisation is functional within areas of responsibility in order to drive effective communication within the production system.</li></ul>
