ABOUT THE JOB
- To support the team in achieving all Product, Process and System Quality targets.
- Responsible for ensuring all electrical and mechanical equipment in his supervision are maintained and in good working condition.
- Support the production team in achieving the Production volume, by quick response to breakdowns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fault finding on the integrated systems.
- Eliminating electrical equipment failure by means of preventative maintenance.
- Monitor and control the execution of all maintenance work performed by the artisans to ensure the timeous completion of the work to the required standards.
- Part loading to fixtures.
- Quality inspection during build (before and after part loading).
- Quality inspection after build process is completed.
- Reporting nonconformity of products.
- Problem Solving.
- 5S.
- Equipment Availability 95%.
- UPH 15.5
- TPM.
- Weekend work PM’s.
- Plan startups.
EXPERIENCE
- Fluent verbal/written in English.
- Three years’ experience in an Automotive Bodyshop Production Plant.
- Bodyshop Technology Experience as an added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum N3 Certificate (Technical).
- Qualified Trade (Electrical, Mechanical or Millwright).
