ABOUT THE JOB
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and organize financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Reconciliation: Assist in bank and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
Communication: Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders for financial information and documentation.
Reporting: Generate financial reports and summaries as required by management, providing insights into the company's financial health.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Accounts Executive, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
